In May of 2018, we opened NEP Italy with the leadership of industry veteran, Sergio Cecchini, our General Manager. In June, we acquired Italy's leading outside broadcast solutions provider, Telerecord, continuing to grow our presence in Italy. Fabio Bertini, and his entire Telerecord staff, along with their outstanding fleet of OB vans, joined Sergio and our NEP Italy team.
We further affirmed our commitment to the region in August, when we announced an agreement with Top Tech Services, a Rome-based provider of outside broadcast solutions, to add four additional OB vans to our fleet.
